Former X Factor star Cher Lloyd has revealed she’s a big fan of new judge Tulisa Contostavlos, and thinks she’s “cool”.
The Swagger Jagger singer, who was mentored by Cheryl Cole on last year’s series of the show, admits that Tulisa would probably “understand” her style of music more, and help develop her skills.
Hinting that she feels Tulisa would have been a better person to guide her on The X Factor, the 18-year-old told The Mirror: “[Tulisa’s] cool and could teach me a few things.
“She is more like me and would maybe understand my Swagger Jagger.”
Cher, who won her place on last year’s show after showcaisng her R&B/hip-hop style, also praised Tulisa’s N-Dubz bandmate Dappy, who has just released his first solo single No Regrets, saying: “He is not given enough credit for his voice.”
